QC is Catlin's London broker booking system for brokers visiting underwriters working from Catlin's Trading Floor at 3 Minster Court. A Broker visiting the trading floor must register before he or she can see an underwriter; the system will tell the broker the approximate waiting time.
Brokers can now view the QC system from their offices. However, appointments to see underwriters can only be made at the Catlin office on the 6th Floor of 3 Minster Court.
