Annual General Meeting
As at 3 March 2010 (being the last business day prior to the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting) the Company’s issued share capital was 358,958,827 common shares of $0.01 each in the capital of the Company, carrying one vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 3 March 2010 was 358,958,827.
