Jonathan Gale in 1987 joined CNA Reinsurance Co. in London and was later seconded to CNA Re in Chicago where he specialised in writing medical malpractice insurance and reinsurance. Jonathan in 1998 joined R F Bailey (Underwriting Agencies) Ltd as deputy underwriter for syndicate 138, and in 2002 he joined Catlin in London to underwrite the medical malpractice and specialty casualty reinsurance account. Jon was appointed underwriting director of Catlin Bermuda in March 2004.

Graham Pewter has more than 20 years of experience in the Bermuda insurance market, having served as vice president and general manager of Cologne Reinsurance Company (Bermuda) Limited from 1983-1988 and as president and managing director of LCF Edmond de Rothschild Insurance Services Limited from 1988-1992. Graham was president and chief executive of Commercial Risk Partners Limited in Bermuda, a subsidiary of SCOR SA. He joined Catlin Bermuda in February 2003.

Barry McDonald joined Arthur Andersen & Company in 1981 in Winnipeg and in May 1985 he relocated to Bermuda and joined GTE REinsurance Company Limited as treasury manager. He joined Cologne Reinsurance Company in Bermuda in 1995 as general manager. In 1996 he joined Commercial Risk Partners Limited in Bermuda as vice president-finance. Barry joined Catlin in Bermuda in October 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Lisa Robinson joined Catlin Bermuda in December 2002, having previously worked as Office Manager for Griffiths & Wanklyn Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. She is an active member of the Bermuda Human Resource Association and the Society for Human Resource Managers.
