Dominic began his career with National Westminster Insurance Services in London in1972, working within many different departments. In 1973 NWIS decentralised to Bristol where he began to specialise in Motor.
In 1978 Dominic joined Leadenhall Motor Policies Bristol Office to expand their Commercial account.
In 1981 he returned to London and joined Paladin Motor Policies a Deputy Fleet Manager. Following the mergers of two sister syndicates Anchor and R.B. Dominic became Motor Fleet Underwriter in 1994 of the renamed syndicate Wren Motor Policies. He was also involved with the purchase of the Motor Renewal books of both Gerling and Markel and managing the integration of that business into the migrated company of Brit Insurance.
Dominic joined Catlin in September 2007 as a class underwriter within the Motor team to help build a commercial motor portfolio which will compliment and support other classes of business written.

After graduating as an Engineer from The University of Nottingham, Chris started his career at Lloyd's by joining Wellington as a graduate trainee in 1994. He subsequently transferred to Faraday Syndicate to participate in the formation of a new International Casualty Treaty team where he built up experience in many international markets as an assistant underwriter.
In 1999 Chris moved to GE Insurance Solutions as an Underwriter with responsibility for the regional casualty reinsurance portfolio, developing the motor, employers liability, public and products liability, and professional indemnity accounts. In 2006, he moved to Catlin as a Class Underwriter to start the International Casualty Treaty account, specialising in all non-dollar liability treaty classes.

Ron began his career with Zurich Insurance in 1976. He moved to Willis in 1980 where held variety of technical roles, leading to multinational account management at divisional director Level.
In 1992 Ron joined Johnson and Higgins as an account director on multinational business working in the area of establishing Pan European Motor Fleet programmes. This connection led to a move to Crowe Insurance Group in 1997 where he became Head of Commercial Vehicle Underwriting.
From 2001 Ron worked for Brit Insurance Group where he had leading roles in both motor underwriting and operational management including business planning and acquisitions. He was appointed as Head of Commercial Fleet Underwriting at Brit in April 2007.

Dean started his insurance career in 1983 with Paladin Motor Policies in the private car department. Dean transferred to the Motor Fleet department 18 months later. Following changes in the company, Paladin Motor Polices became Wren Motor Policies and eventually Brit Insurance, during which time Dean progressed to underwriter. Dean joined Catlin in June 2007 as class underwriter in the new Motor Fleet department.
