Helen graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in Business Economics in 2005. She joined the broking firm RK Harrison after graduation before moving Catlin in November 2006 as an underwriting assistant for the financial institutions team. Underwriter

Terry started in the insurance industry in 1970 with Eagle Star plc. He joined the Lloyd’s market in 1989 at the RC Barber Syndicate where was deputy underwriter. He joined Independent Insurance Company in 1994, where he was financial institutions underwriting manager, and later joined The Underwriter Insurance Company in a similar role. Terry joined Catlin in December 2003 as a class underwriter.
