Product Highlights
- Claims made Medical Professional Liability (MPL)
- Claims made General Liability (available for MPL policy holders)
- Policy can be “Designed to Specifications” by endorsement subject to underwriting acceptability
Deductibles and Self Insured Retentions are used as appropriate to manage risk and allow for insured participation.
Limits
- Up to $2,000,000 per Physician or per loss event
- Up to $15,000,000 total policy aggregate
Program Parameters
- Primary and excess coverage available
- Minimum deductible: variable
- Minimum premium: determined by coverage provided – range is $10,000 to $25,000.
- Products are underwritten through the following companies: Catlin UK; Catlin Specialty Insurance Company; Catlin Insurance Company; the Catlin Syndicate. All Catlin Group companies have been assigned a Best rating of “A” (Excellent) XIII. The Catlin Syndicate is rated “A” XV.
