Crisis Management
Since starting in July 2006 the Crisis Management team have quickly established themselves as one of the key London Markets for product recall; our Crisis Management team is one of only four primary markets in the product recall sector.
All policies written by the Crisis Management team provide the services of crisis consultants, not only to assist in managing incidents on the insured’s behalf but also to provide pre-incident, risk mitigating services.
All insureds will have access to a 24hr crisis hotline to contact crisis consultants in the event of an incident. It is expected that the account will be split 90% Product Recall and 10% K&R.
The account is principally written on a direct basis generally through specialist brokers and wholesalers, London Market has the largest capacity for Product Recall and K&R Worldwide. The underwriting is done both in Lloyd’s and the trading floor.
