The Catlin Group currently offers its reinsurance products through a number of platforms which are available to Canadian clients. Reinsurance business submitted locally will be underwritten in Canada exclusively on behalf of Syndicate 2003 and will be reported through Lloyd’s Canada as licensed/creditable security.
Through disciplined growth, we are looking to maximize portfolio diversification. As a broker market, we provide treaty reinsurance to our Canadian clients for most classes of business. Canadian clients have access to local expertise and knowledge of their business. In addition, we offer local services and resources including accounting; pricing/actuarial; claims handling/payment; and client visits/reviews.
We offer our products on a proportional or excess of loss basis, and for both working and non-working covers.
