Welcome to Catlin Re Switzerland, Catlin's continental European reinsurance hub. We are writing all non-life classes of treaty reinsurance business, as well as facultative reinsurance business. Our aim is to be a reinsurance provider of choice for our clients, and to provide reinsurance solutions that meet all of their requirements.

We write most of our business on Catlin Re Switzerland Ltd which is a licensed reinsurance company regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory FINMA. It is one of the core subsidiaries of the Catlin Group and is rated ‘A’ by Standard & Poor’s and A.M. Best. To satisfy specific market or client needs, we are also able to access other group carriers such as Catlin Syndicate 2003 or Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd.
