Catlin Syndicate 2003 enjoys ‘A’ (Excellent) financial strength ratings from A. M. Best Company and an ‘A+’ (Strong) financial strength rating from Standard and Poor’s. In addition, the syndicate has been assigned a Lloyd’s Syndicate Assessment (LSA) of ‘4’(low dependency) from Standard and Poor’s.

Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd underwrites insurance and reinsurance, providing a well-rated alternative to the Syndicate. It enjoys an ‘A’ (Excellent) financial strength ratings from A. M. Best Company and an ‘A’ (Strong) financial strength rating from Standard and Poor’s.
It is important to note that we manage Catlin Syndicate 2003 and Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd as if they were one, with management and underwriters fully authorised to use either entity subject to relevant licenses.
