Our UK operation has grown steadily over the last few years and we recently outgrew our London offices in Mincing Lane and moved to new offices in Gracechurch Street.
As always, brokers are very welcome to visit our new offices and meet with underwriters and claims specialists. We like to do business in person and we have created more meeting spaces and some new private booths to make your visit more productive.

Getting in touch
All our telephone numbers and emails have stayed the same, including those of our underwriters and claims specialists. And of course you can still visit our underwriters at the Lloyd’s building.
New at Gracechurch St
Providing easy access to underwriters remains our key priority. Our new offices have been designed with brokers in mind and include a dedicated broker café, a Wi-Fi enabled broker lounge area, individual booths for private discussion and first-class meeting facilities.
Lloyd's Pass access
At present all brokers with Lloyd’s passes have barrier-free access to Catlin’s offices in Minster Court and this will not change at 20 Gracechurch Street. You will however need to register your Lloyd’s pass with us to ensure your pass will work in our new office.
Environmental credentials
The new offices have been refurbished with environmental responsibility in mind. More natural light and motion sensor electric lighting will reduce our energy consumption. Follow-me printing will help save paper and reduce waste. Recycling hubs around the office will increase the amount of waste we recycle.
