Application & selection process
The application and selection process itself consists of a number of stages as follows:
1. Send us your CV and a covering letter
The first step is to send us your CV and a covering letter that explains why you want to join Catlin, why you want to join the IT or Finance team and why you want to join the Catlin Development Programme. Your application should include your biographical, educational and work experience details.
2. Online numerical and verbal ability tests
If your application form passes our screening process, you will be sent a link to complete a numerical ability test. Should your score satisfactorily in this, you will be sent a further link to complete a verbal ability test.
3. Telephone interview
The third stage of the process will be a telephone interview with a member of our graduate recruitment team. During this interview we will explore your reasons for wanting to join Catlin and ask you further competency questions. There will be time at the end for you to ask us any questions that you may have.
4. Assessment centre
This is the final stage of the recruitment process. We will invite you to spend the day at our London office and take part in a number of activities designed to predict your success on our programme. If you are invited to this stage, we will send you further information on what to expect.
