Here are our top tips for making a successful application for the Catlin graduate programme.

submit your CV and covering letter in advance of our deadline. We cannot accept applications after this date.

take the time to research our company and be prepared to answer questions on who we are and what we do
review the descriptions of our key competencies and values and think of examples from your education, work experience or personal life of where you have demonstrated these
if you are at telephone interview stage, ensure you are available at the pre- agreed time and in an environment conducive to an interview
if you are coming to our London offices, arrive with plenty of time to spare – do not put yourself in a stressful position by arriving late for your interview
think of questions to ask us– an interview should always be a two way process
dress for the interview in an appropriate manner – we work in a professional environment and expect all employees to recognise this by dressing accordingly.
