What we look for
To be eligible for the graduate scheme you must meet the minimum academic requirements for the specialism that you are applying for. You must also be available to join the graduate programme in September 2012.
During the assessment process, Catlin looks for graduates who share the company’s core values – transparency, accountability, teamwork, integrity and dignity and also our core competencies:
