What we can offer
We’ll pay you a highly competitive starting salary, which we’ll review regularly to make sure it stays that way. We'll also give you a generous sign-on bonus when you commence employment with us. We’ll recognise and reward your individual contribution through a discretionary performance-related bonus. Other benefits include a pension plan (currently 3% employee, 10% employer contribution)*, private healthcare, life assurance, dental cover* and corporate gym membership* (or a daily food allowance**). In addition, to help your money go that little bit further, we provide access to online and voucher retail discounts.
We’ll also pay for your professional subscriptions and certain professional qualifications, including study materials and exam costs. We’ll also provide you with all the support you need, including study leave.
Longer holidays and happier birthdays
We can offer you generous levels of annual leave entitlement – starting at 24 days plus bank and public holidays. After three years of continuous service, you earn an additional day for each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days a year. And because we believe that you should enjoy your birthday, we’ll let you have additional time off on the big day itself.
Finally, we make sure every employee has access to a support programme which offers confidential counselling and advice on a wide range of subjects.
