A broker had recently taken over a new client. He contacted us for an urgent response to a class sequence.
In looking into the situation, our Claims Manager noticed that some of the sequences had ‘got out of sync’, and that another sequence also required urgent attention. She signalled this fact to the broker, and this enabled the broker to handle the situation in an efficient manner with the client.
The broker thanked us, saying
Wow – you’re good – much appreciated”.
